PURE:EST | S1 Hydrophobic SiO2-infused Car Shampoo
S1 is a premium, hydrophobic shampoo that provides not only spectacular cleaning ability but also a unique hydrophobic effect that will last for weeks. It's suitable for vehicles both with and without existing protection and will extend the lifetime of previously applied coatings and sealants with a layer-on-layer effect. The biggest advantage of this product is how easy the car is to keep clean after it has been used. S1 is primarily designed for cars, but it also works on boats, motorcycles, golf carts, semi-trucks, bicycles, and lawnmowers.
Pure:est S1 provides lower friction than your average shampoo thanks to its silicone properties. This is significant since it’s the friction that creates swirl marks! As usual, make sure you have a good amount of water in your wash mitt. For the lowest risk of swirls, we always recommend using a washable mitt instead of traditional sponges.
To use S1, simply follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Preparation
Make sure you are wearing gloves and working in a shaded area away from direct sunlight. Fill a gallon bucket with 3/4 water and put 3 to 5 pumps of S1 into the bucket. Use around 10-12ml.
Step 2: Application
With a mitt, work directly onto the panel. Rinse off immediately after each panel. Repeat the process on the whole car, working one panel at a time. I Like to spray 1-2 sprays directly into the mitt while I am working. *Due to the high SIO2 contents, it is normal for Pure:est S1 to NOT produce a thick foam.
Step 3: Rinse
Rinse the vehicle thoroughly with high-pressure water and dry with your favorite microfiber.
Step 4: Post-treatment
This product is very simple to use but If the product dries on the surface, you may need to polish off the residue.
